WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? |

We are dedicated to getting your package to you when you expect it. PrankPlace ships from our state of the art distribution center located in Hartford, CT. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with expedited shipping (Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air) placed before 3:00 pm EST ship the same business day. All other orders ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order, excluding weekends and holidays. Often these orders ship the same business day.
Please note: We will not be shipping on July 3rd.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES? |

- US Postal Service First Class
Transit Time : 3 to 7 Business Days
This option is only available to customers within the United States, and where the order subtotal is less then $ 19.00. First Class shipping is available for $ 4.99. First Class orders weighing less then 1 pound will qualify for first class shipping $ 4.99
- UPS Ground / US Postal Service Priority Mail
Transit Time : 1 to 5 Business Days
Available to customers within the United States, this is our standard shipping method. Based on the weight, value and other geographic factors about your order, your order will ship either Priority Mail from the Postal Service or UPS Ground Service. Orders placed to APO's, or PO Box's will ship USPS.
*if you are unable to receive packages/mail at your physical street address then we will need your P.O. Box address for delivery or your package(s) will be returned to us.*

Delivery in 1 business days for orders placed before 3:00 pm EST. UPS Standard Overnight service does not include Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Countries in BLUE below will have an option at the check out for shipping via US Postal Service International in addition to the UPS service. US Postal Service International is sometimes lower in cost, but delivery times vary from 3 to 12 business days.

CAN I ORDER OVERNIGHT (NEXT DAY) DELIVERY? |

Yes. PrankPlace offers next day and 2nd day air shipping.
Orders placed by 3:00 pm EST will ship the same day. Standard Overnight service does not include Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Business delivery is completed by 4:30 pm, and residential delivery is up to 7:00 pm. Cost of this service is determined at checkout based on the order weight, value, and delivery zip code.

If the order has already been shipped to you, you will have to return the merchandise.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REFUSE AN ORDER? |

In the event the delivery is refused by your household or business, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a restocking fee. Unfortunately, when a delivery is refused, PrankPlace.com is charged shipping charges by the carrier for the initial shipment to you, and then charged again for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Both shipping charges will be deducted from your initial order as well as 20% of the order subtotal as a restocking fee. The remainder of the order will then be refunded to your credit card or paypal account. |

WHAT IS THE "DECLINED BY FRAUD SERVICE" MESSAGE? |
|
|
We use an advanced fraud screening service on all orders placed via credit card to protect against any unauthorized credit card usage. The Address Verification Service (AVS) we use requires that the billing address match the address that is used for your credit card statement. Customers may see a temporary "authorization" on your online bank statement after receiving this error, however your order has not been processed. The statement on your credit card is for authorization purposes only, and is required by the credit card company to allow us to verify the billing address prior to accepting your order.

IF THE POST OFFICE RETURNS MY PACKAGE TO YOU, WILL I BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL SHIPPING TO HAVE IT RESHIPPED? |

In the event your package is returned to us as unclaimed, undeliverable as addressed, attempted not known, etc. by the post office, you will be responsible for us to reship your package. If you wish to cancel your order due to this occurrence, you will only be refunded for the cost of the purchase price as we do not reimburse shipping charges. Unfortunately, we incur the shipping costs for outgoing packages and if they are returned to us in this manner, we incur additional charges for the return of your package to us.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT IS SUBMITTED? |

According to the post office: Letters or packages sent via regular (First-Class Mail™) mail cannot be tracked or traced based on name and address. Due to the large volume of mail moving through the Postal system each day, it is impossible to trace a single piece of regular, or First-Class, mail.
