Creative Jay’s Review:
Annoy Your Neighbor CD
99 Tracks Of Annoying Sounds
A PrankPlace.com/Big Mouth Toys Original
The Annoy Your Neighbor CD was the first project that I worked on from start to finish with PrankPlace.com. It's also the first product that I screwed up. The first batch of CDs actually had the lettering on the side upside down. I'm sure in 20 years they'll be rare and will be selling on EBay for thousands of dollars. If you're one of the lucky few that have a copy, put it aside and don't ever fret about your 401K again.
The first apartment I ever rented had a couple of older guys living below it and one in particular had a fondness for singing in the shower. Unfortunately, I didn't have the Annoying CD at the time as this was during the pre-PrankPlace days. If I did, though, I think I would choose track "80. Creaky Rocking Chair" or track "84. Vaccuum Cleaner." to set on repeat. I don't think they held jobs during the day, so setting the CD on a continuous loop while I'm at work would have been fun. My grandmother lives in a duplex and I remember one lady who lived next door that would constantly run the washing machine. I wonder if she had a phobia of dirty clothes? It wouldn't be weirder than being afraid of a spider shooting you at night. A lot of people hate the sound of nails scratching against a chalkboard. That's included on this CD as well on track 36, but I think all of the 99 tracks repeated for hours would get on anyone's nerves.
