Damaged or Defective Item
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, please use our contact us form to notify us. We will send you via email or US Postal Service a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged item at no cost. Upon receipt of the item, we will replace it free of charge.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Should you not be 100% satisfied with any item* you receive you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.

-The item must be in the original manufacturers packaging.
-We do not reimburse shipping charges.
-Please include your order/invoice number on the outside of the package.
-Send your order with a reputable shipper. We recommend you purchase the optional insurance to protect yourself against shipments being lost in transit.

Items returned after 30 days from purchase will not be accepted.
Due to the seasonally and nature of the item, we do not accept any returns on costumes.
All credits will be issued to the same credit card account used to make the purchase.

Exchanges:
Follow the return instructions above. Please include the name(s) of the item(s) you would like to exchange for. Once the exchange is received, a credit for the purchase price returned will be applied to the new order. Also provide the payment method you would like to use if there is a balance due; shipping costs will be incurred. If there is a balance owed to you, we will issue a credit to the initial form of payment used.
Another way to exchange is simply following the return instructions above and placing a new order.

Refused Packages:
In the event the delivery is refused by your household or business, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a restocking fee. Unfortunately, when a delivery is refused, PrankPlace.com is charged shipping charges by the carrier for the initial shipment to you, and then charged again for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Both shipping charges will be deducted from your initial order as well as 20% of the order subtotal as a restocking fee. The remainder of the order will then be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account.

Undeliverable Packages:
In the event your package is returned to us as unclaimed, undeliverable as addressed, attempted not known, etc. by the post office, you will be responsible for us to reship your package. If you wish to cancel your order due to this occurrence, you will only be refunded for the cost of the purchase price as we do not reimburse shipping charges. Unfortunately, we incur the shipping costs for outgoing packages and if they are returned to us in this manner, we incur additional charges for the return of your package to us.
